Does anyone know anything about rental law (
bandicoot?) What options do I have to dispute the condition of my apartment at move out? They claim that the entire carpet needed to be replaced because of pet damage, and I knew of only one spot in a closet that was a problem.
Bah.

I have a copy somewhere but I can't find it. It's a good resource as well. They also have a website with advice - Renter's Rights might apply.
