Up in smoke
Jun. 29th, 2008 07:55 pmThe smoke from the wildfires is starting to get to me. When I go outside, my eyes sting. I don't know if there's a new source of smoke or the wind changed, but it seems like there's more smoke out there. It's going to be a long summer (but--hey--it's almost July).
I've been putting stuff back from the painting. Right now, I'm unpacking the boxes of stuff from my desk.
I got a weird note from Kaiser Permanente. In April, my federal COBRA ran out, and I signed up with Cal-COBRA. Friday, I got a note saying that my COBRA runs out on July 1st. I'm assuming that it's a mistake, but I need to call them on Monday.
