I’m glad you went back inside when you saw the ambulance. We had to get an ambulance for my mother once (I can’t remember now what was wrong) and I remember all the people on the street seemed to be out staring. It was pretty upsetting for us. If someone had come and asked if they could help my Dad that would be one thing but they just stared.
